Shipping Policy
1. SHIPPING COST
We offer free domestic shipping on orders above $100. All domestic orders under $100 ship for a flat rate of $10.
International shipping is not currently available.
2. SHIPPING TIME
All orders are processed within 24 hours Monday - Thursday and 72 hours Friday - Sunday. United States orders are shipped through USPS or FedEx and take 1-4 business days after receipt of the shipping confirmation.

3. INSURANCE
Route package insurance is offered at check out for all online orders. This is full package protection and seamless resolution for order issues at a low fee. Contact Route at claims.route.com for lost, stolen, or damaged orders.
Crafted Beauty is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
4. TRACKING
A tracking number is generated and will be sent to your email upon USPS or FedEx scanning in your package.
Return Policy
1. RETURNS
Due to the nature of the products being sold, we are unable to return products. All sales are final.
2. BROKEN & DAMAGED ITEMS
If you open a broken or damaged product, please contact info@craftedbeautyspokane.com within 15 days of receipt. Include images of the damaged item for reimbursement purposes and your exchange will be processed immediately.
