At Crafted Beauty, we want your purchasing experience to be simple, transparent, and easy to understand. Please review your selected purchase option carefully before completing your order.

Purchase Options

Depending on the product, Crafted Beauty may offer different purchase options, including one-time purchases, recurring purchases, subscriptions, or other promotional purchase options.

The purchase option, price, frequency, and applicable terms will be clearly presented at checkout before you complete your order.

By completing your purchase, you authorize Crafted Beauty and our payment providers to charge the payment method associated with your order according to the purchase option you selected.

Order Cancellations

Because we work to process orders promptly, cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible after an order is placed.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at info@craftedbeautyspokane.com with your order number and cancellation request.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests received before an order has been processed or shipped. However, we cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled once processing or fulfillment has begun.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please refer to our Return Policy for information regarding our all-sales-final policy.

Subscription & Recurring Purchases

If a product is offered as a subscription or recurring purchase, the applicable billing frequency and price will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

By selecting a recurring purchase option, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method according to the terms presented at checkout.

You may request cancellation of a future recurring order by contacting info@craftedbeautyspokane.com before that order enters processing.

Once a recurring order has entered processing or has shipped, we may be unable to cancel or modify that order.

Cancellation of a subscription or recurring purchase will stop future recurring charges but does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed or shipped.

Purchase Option Changes

If you accidentally select the wrong purchase option, please contact us as soon as possible at info@craftedbeautyspokane.com.

We will make reasonable efforts to correct an order before it enters processing, but changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has begun.

Promotional & Discounted Purchase Options

Promotional pricing, discounts, bundles, and other special offers may have additional terms or eligibility requirements.

Any applicable terms will be presented with the offer and/or at checkout. Promotional purchases remain subject to Crafted Beauty's applicable policies.
