1. IN-STORE PICKUP
Crafted Beauty offers in-store pick up, usually ready within 24 hours. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order. You must pick up your order within 7 business days or it will be automatically canceled and refunded. Gift Card Policy
1. DIGITAL GIFT CARDS
Digital Gift Cards are only redeemable for Online purchases. Card cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. Card will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Other restrictions could apply.

Orders & Shipping
At Crafted Beauty, we carefully package and ship every order to ensure your skincare arrives safely and securely. Please review the following information regarding shipping, order processing, package protection, and returns.
1. Shipping Costs
We offer free domestic shipping on orders over $100.
Domestic orders under $100 ship for a flat rate of $10.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
2. Order Processing & Shipping Times
Orders are processed within:

Monday–Thursday: Within 24 hours

Friday–Sunday: Within 72 hours
Orders are shipped within the United States via USPS or FedEx and typically arrive within 1–4 business days after the carrier receives and scans your package.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of Crafted Beauty's control.

3. Package Protection
Route Package Protection is available at checkout for all online orders. Route provides coverage and assistance for eligible issues including lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
If you purchase Route Package Protection and experience an eligible shipping issue, please file a claim directly with Route at claims.route.com.
Crafted Beauty is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after leaving our facility when Route Package Protection has been declined.
Signature Required for Orders Over $500
To help protect high-value purchases, orders over $500 that are placed without Route Package Protection will require a signature upon delivery.
By declining Route Package Protection on an order over $500, you acknowledge that a signature will be required to complete delivery. Please ensure that someone is available to receive and sign for your package.
4. Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been scanned by USPS or FedEx.
Please allow some time for the carrier's tracking information to update after your package has been picked up.
5. Returns
Due to the nature of the skincare and beauty products we sell, all sales are final and we do not accept returns.
Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.
6. Broken or Damaged Items
If your order arrives broken or damaged, please contact us at info@craftedbeauty.com within 15 days of receipt.
Please include clear photos of the damaged product and packaging with your email. Our team will review the issue and assist with an exchange or reimbursement, as applicable.
If you purchased Route Package Protection, please also file a claim directly with Route for eligible shipping-related damage.
7. ALLE Points
Qualifying skincare purchases may be eligible for ALLĒ points.

When: AM & PM
How: AM: apply a thin layer of Alto Advanced to a clean, dry face, neck and décolleté. PM: apply Alto Advanced, then a thin layer of AlphaRet Overnight Cream to a clean, dry face, avoiding the eye area.
Routine: Follow with moisturizer as needed, and protect with sunscreen during the day.
Frequency: Alto Advanced twice daily; AlphaRet nightly.
Please Note: Sunburn Alert: This product contains an alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) that may increase your skin's sensitivity to the sun and particularly the possibility of sunburn. Use a sunscreen, wear protective clothing, and limit sun exposure while using this product and for a week afterwards. AlphaRet contains a retinoid in a topical form.
