LILFOX Chill Wands Cryo + Thermo

Cryotherapy: Cold temperature use of the massage wands lifts, firms, tightens, calms, and strengthens skin. Aids lymphatic drainage for a brighter complexion.

Thermotherapy: Warm temperature use over face masks and serums enhances penetration of actives deeper into skin’s layers.

Always on a cleasned face, apply Mist and Nectar prior to act as a buffer... Cold, Frozen, or Warm.

Start by warming up decolletè and neck area to stimulate lymphatic flow. at center of forehead and roll both wands out towards the temples.

Ease jaw tension by smoothing the tools from the corners of the mouth ou and upt towards the ears.

Sculpt cheeks by gliding the wands from the corners of the nose out and up towards the ears, gently lifting.

Depuff eyes by gliding the tips of the wands from the inside of eyes out towards the temples over eye lids. Then proceed with cicular motions up and around eyes/brows.

Contour brows by gliding the rounded side over arches and out towards the temples, gently lifting.

For lymphatic drainage, hold wands under the center of the chin and glide along the jawline up towards the ears. Then, glide the tools down each side of the neck.

Repeat each motion at least 10 times.

Ritual for thermotherapy: Cleansed, dry tools may be placed in a warming cabinet, warm skin fridge, or wrapped in a heating pad. Once warm (and always carefully check temperature before placing on face), massaged over face masks and serums to enhance penetration of actives

1. SHIPPING COST

We offer free domestic shipping on orders above $100. All domestic orders under $100 ship for a flat rate of $10.

International shipping is not currently available.

2.  SHIPPING TIME

All orders are processed within 24 hours Monday - Thursday and 72 hours Friday - Sunday. United States orders are shipped through USPS or FedEx and take 1-4 business days after receipt of the shipping confirmation.

3.  INSURANCE

Route package insurance is offered at check out for all online orders. This is full package protection and seamless resolution for order issues at a low fee. Contact Route at claims.route.com for lost, stolen, or damaged orders.

4. TRACKING

A tracking number is generated and will be sent to your email upon USPS or FedEx scanning in your package.

1. RETURNS

Due to the nature of the products being sold, we are unable to return products. All sales are final.

2. BROKEN & DAMAGED ITEMS

If you open a broken or damaged product, please contact info@craftedbeautyspokane.com within 15 days of receipt. Include images of the damaged item for reimbursement purposes and your exchange will be processed immediately.

Crafted Beauty offers in-store pick up, usually ready within 24 hours. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order. You must pick up your order within 7 business days or it will be automatically canceled and refunded.
