Water/Aqua/Eau, Propanediol, Scenedesmus Rubescens Extract, Pentylene Glycol, Butylene Glycol, Lentinus Edodes Mycelium Extract, Glycerin, Imperata Cylindrica Root Extract, Maltodextrin, Citrullus Lanatus (Watermelon) Fruit Extract, Pyrus Malus (Apple) Fruit Extract, Lens Esculenta (Lentil) Fruit Extract, Leucojum Aestivum Bulb Extract, Ascorbic Acid, Glycogen, Sodium PCA, Succinic Acid, Glutathione, Tripeptide-1, Colloidal Gold, Fragrance[Parfum], Sorbitol, PEG-8, 1,2-Hexanediol, Caprylyl Glycol, 1-Methylhydantoin-2-Imide, Sodium Lactate, Xanthan Gum, Carbomer, Disodium EDTA, Dextran.

Recommended for use every other day, preferably in the evening. After cleansing, apply Step 1 over entire face and neck; leave on for three minutes (do not rinse), then apply Step 2 over same area, and leave on.

Note: The Active Peel System Step 1 and Step 2 application will produce a cool tingling sensation; this is normal.

iS CLINICAL Active Peel System is suitable for all skin types including acne-prone skin, combination skin, dry skin, mature skin, normal skin, oily skin, and sensitive skin.

Shipping Policy

1. SHIPPING COST

We offer free domestic shipping on orders above $100. All domestic orders under $100 ship for a flat rate of $10.

International shipping is not currently available.

2.  SHIPPING TIME

All orders are processed within 24 hours Monday - Thursday and 72 hours Friday - Sunday. United States orders are shipped through USPS or FedEx and take 1-4 business days after receipt of the shipping confirmation.

3.  INSURANCE

Route package insurance is offered at check out for all online orders. This is full package protection and seamless resolution for order issues at a low fee. Contact Route at claims.route.com for lost, stolen, or damaged orders. 

Crafted Beauty is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. 

4. TRACKING

A tracking number is generated and will be sent to your email upon USPS or FedEx scanning in your package.

 

Clinic Policy

1. RETURNS

Due to the nature of the products being sold, we are unable to return products. All sales are final.

2. BROKEN & DAMAGED ITEMS

If you open a broken or damaged product, please contact info@craftedbeautyspokane.com within 15 days of receipt. Include images of the damaged item for reimbursement purposes and your exchange will be processed immediately.

In-Store Pickup Policy

1. IN-STORE PICKUP

Crafted Beauty offers in-store pick up, usually ready within 24 hours. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order. You must pick up your order within 7 business days or it will be automatically canceled and refunded. Gift Card Policy 

1. DIGITAL GIFT CARDS

Digital Gift Cards are only redeemable for Online purchases. Card cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. Card will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Other restrictions could apply.
