Coconut Oil and Sweet Almond Oil — A holy grail moisturizing duo that works in harmony to nourish, protect, and soften. This blend contains elevated levels of essential antioxidants, vitamins, and fatty acids to keep skin healthy, supple, and conditioned.

Fine Sugar Crystals — A gentle yet powerfully effective exfoliant that works to regenerate skin back to a state of radiance. This natural humectant helps hydrate skin and keep moisture within.

Shea Butter — Rich yet easily absorbed, this mega moisturizer conditions skin and locks in hydration. Nourishes and softens while providing an application of antioxidants and fatty acids to the skin, leaving it sublimely softened, never greasy.

Hiwa Kai Salt — A skin brightening exfoliant combining solar evaporated Pacific sea salt and activated charcoal from the shells of coconuts.

Buff onto wet skin in circular motions to exfoliate and polish. Rinse to reveal skin that’s instantly softened, smoothed, and hydrated. For ultimate results, use 1-3 times per week.

BajaZen Mud Body Buff Scrub is suitable for all skin types including dry skin, mature skin, normal skin, and sensitive skin.

Shipping Policy

1. SHIPPING COST

We offer free domestic shipping on orders above $100. All domestic orders under $100 ship for a flat rate of $10.

International shipping is not currently available.

2.  SHIPPING TIME

All orders are processed within 24 hours Monday - Thursday and 72 hours Friday - Sunday. United States orders are shipped through USPS or FedEx and take 1-4 business days after receipt of the shipping confirmation.

3.  INSURANCE

Route package insurance is offered at check out for all online orders. This is full package protection and seamless resolution for order issues at a low fee. Contact Route at claims.route.com for lost, stolen, or damaged orders.

4. TRACKING

A tracking number is generated and will be sent to your email upon USPS or FedEx scanning in your package.

 

Clinic Policy

1. RETURNS

Due to the nature of the products being sold, we are unable to return products. All sales are final.

2. BROKEN & DAMAGED ITEMS

If you open a broken or damaged product, please contact info@craftedbeautyspokane.com within 15 days of receipt. Include images of the damaged item for reimbursement purposes and your exchange will be processed immediately.

In-Store Pickup Policy

1. IN-STORE PICKUP

Crafted Beauty offers in-store pick up, usually ready within 24 hours. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order. You must pick up your order within 7 business days or it will be automatically canceled and refunded.
