Sodium Chloride (New Zealand Solar Salt, Pink Himalayan Sea Salt, Red Hawaiian Sea Salt), Carthamus Tinctorius (Safflower) Seed Oil, Silica, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea Butter), Gigartina Skottsbergii Extract, Olea Europaea (Olive) Fruit Oil, Oryza Sativa (Rice) Bran Extract (and) Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Extract (and) Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Extract (and) Tocopherol, Illite (Red Clay), Lavandula Angustifolia Oil, Sodium Olivate, Persea gratissima (Avocado) Oil, Orbignya Oleifera (Babassu) Seed Oil

Stir OSEA Salts of the Earth Body Scrub well before using. Gently apply onto skin using circular motions, paying special attention to dry, rough areas. Rinse with warm water and finish with OSEA body moisturizer of choice.

Shipping Policy

1. SHIPPING COST

We offer free domestic shipping on orders above $100. All domestic orders under $100 ship for a flat rate of $10.

International shipping is not currently available.

2.  SHIPPING TIME

All orders are processed within 24 hours Monday - Thursday and 72 hours Friday - Sunday. United States orders are shipped through USPS or FedEx and take 1-4 business days after receipt of the shipping confirmation.

3.  INSURANCE

Route package insurance is offered at check out for all online orders. This is full package protection and seamless resolution for order issues at a low fee. Contact Route at claims.route.com for lost, stolen, or damaged orders.

4. TRACKING

A tracking number is generated and will be sent to your email upon USPS or FedEx scanning in your package.

 

Clinic Policy

1. RETURNS

Due to the nature of the products being sold, we are unable to return products. All sales are final.

2. BROKEN & DAMAGED ITEMS

If you open a broken or damaged product, please contact info@craftedbeautyspokane.com within 15 days of receipt. Include images of the damaged item for reimbursement purposes and your exchange will be processed immediately.

In-Store Pickup Policy

1. IN-STORE PICKUP

Crafted Beauty offers in-store pick up, usually ready within 24 hours. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order. You must pick up your order within 7 business days or it will be automatically canceled and refunded.
