Shipping Policy
1. SHIPPING COST
We offer free domestic shipping on orders above $100. All domestic orders under $100 ship for a flat rate of $10.
International shipping is not currently available.
2. SHIPPING TIME
All orders are processed within 24 hours Monday - Thursday and 72 hours Friday - Sunday. United States orders are shipped through USPS or FedEx and take 1-4 business days after receipt of the shipping confirmation.

Morning
Step 1: After cleansing, apply a thin layer of Alto Advanced Defense and Repair Serum to face, neck, and décolleté.
Step 2: Dispense 1-2 pumps of Ampra Volumizing Macro Serum and apply. Allow to absorb.
Step 3: Apply a skinbetter science moisturizer of your choice as your final step: Trio Rebalancing Moisture Treatment or Trio Luxe Moisture Treatment. (not included in this set)
Protect with sunbetter sunscreen during the day for additional skincare benefits and daily sun protection.
Evening
Step 1: After cleansing, gently apply AlphaRet Exfoliating Peel Pads to skin in small, circular motions to the face, neck, and décolleté. Can be applied all over the face, avoiding the lip and eye areas. Do not rinse after application and wait a few minutes before moving onto the next step.
Step 2: Apply a rice-grain amount of EyeMax AlphaRet Overnight Cream around the delicate under-eye area.
Step 3: Apply a thin layer of Alto Advanced Defense and Repair Serum to face, neck, and décolleté.
Step 4: Dispense 1-2 pumps of Ampra Volumizing Macro Serum and apply. Allow to absorb.
Step 5: Apply a thin layer of AlphaRet Overnight Cream to face at night, avoiding the eye area.
